*ALL Loan Signing prices include scanning documents and emailing to Lenders because I know that loan documents are TIME SENSITIVE.
Documents that are signed prior to 4:00 PM CST are dropped off to FEDEX/UPS prior to the last pickup of the day with the shipping label that the hiring service
( loan officer, mortgage broker, escrow officer, etc,) has provided. If you wish to have the documents delivered next day please be certain the you send a next day label. We do offer a currier service for an additional fee if delivery is in the area we service.
Please understand that mortgage documents and general notary work are NOT priced the same.
